Biography
I am investigating the timing of moulting in Steller sea lions for my MSc. I am trying to place the timing of moulting into a discrete time period since very little has been known about the moulting period for SSL. I observed SSL on Lowrie Island during fall 2001.

I have studied other pinnipeds in Alaska before coming to UBC. I worked for the University of Alaska and Alaska Department of Fish and Game on harbor seal and ringed seal population and behavioural studies.
